I could go on about how I didn’t really care about any of the characters or about how stilted I found the storytelling. Instead, let’s focus on the pretty cinematography and the amount of time Linus Roache spends soaking wet. On that basis, I recommend it.

Just got done watching Siam Sunset, which I thought would be…not very good, because of the plot description given on Netflix. However, I thought the same thing before I saw The Missionary, which I loved. And I also loved Siam Sunset, because it was funny and bizarre and also managed to work in explosions and blood, and Linus Roache was in it, at various points covered in dirt, water, paint, blood, or nothing whatsoever. And I enjoy all of that whenever I can get it.

Linus Roache talks about Law & Order moving to a Monday 10pm slot. Oh, how I miss my show. Just one more week!

Heyyyy, I guess TV Guide is still good for something.

(Side note: I am trying to reconcile the fact that Jack McCoy calls Cutter’s BlackBerry a “gadget” with the fact that Sam Waterston knows how to play chess on the iPhone. That’s hilarious.)
