Bitch, please.

Basically, I believe in peace, and bashing two bricks together.
I tweeted, tongue firmly in cheek, a couple of days ago that I was seeking a job in England so that I could watch Law & Order: UK on first run, thanks to the news that the inimitable Peter Davison is joining the cast. Imagine my surprise to find that my joke had been retweeted by Emilia di Girolamo, lead writer and co-producer of L&O:UK.
Well, that’s quite awesome. And makes the whole thing funnier.
(P.S. I would take a job in England were it offered to me. Just saying.)
This badass motherfucker is 70 years old today. Happy birthday, Sam Waterston! I still miss your TV show.
Lupes and B being snotty while executing their search warrant. Jack being a badass while making restaurant reservations. Mike speaking Russian.
I miss my show.
Even Chuck Norris would plead guilty when confronted with the Brows of Outrage. (Law & Order 20x23, “Rubber Room”)
"They can cancel Law & Order, but they can’t cancel justice."
I cried at the end, okay. I’ll admit it. It was because they wrapped up the season’s storyline with Anita so nicely and it was because I don’t get a new season’s storyline.
I said it before, I’ll say it again: fuck you, NBC.
12:00pm - “Point of View” (Season 3, Episode 9)
1:00pm - “Sanctuary” (Season 4, Episode 19)
2:00pm - “Competence” (Season 5, Episode 6)
3:00pm - “Pride” (Season 5, Episode 23)
4:00pm - “Terminal” (Season 7, Episode 23)
5:00pm - “Gunshow” (Season 10, Episode 1)
6:00pm - “C.O.D.” (Season 14, Episode 24)
7:00pm - “Burn Card” (Season 18, Episode 14)
8:00pm - “Illegal” (Season 18, Episode 8)
9:00pm - “Zero” (Season 19, Episode 7)
Minorest of quibbles: a classic each from Seasons 1 and 2 would have been nice, and “Pride” may be Mike Logan’s last episode, but it’s kind of crap. And we didn’t need two episodes from Season 18, even though they’re both very good.
Reasons why this is awesome far outweigh the quibbles, though, namely that there is only one episode with Branch or Serena (it’s conveniently the same episode, “C.O.D.,” which you should watch anyway because it’s Lennie’s last episode) and they completely left out Seasons 15 through 17. Kudos, TNT. Nice showing.
Finally, on NBC…
10:00pm - “Rubber Room” (Season 20, Episode 23) [cries]
So if you at any point have nothing to do between noon and 11pm Eastern time…there is a lot of Law & Order for you to watch. Do yourself a favor and indulge. These are some of the greatest hours of television ever produced.
Fuck you, NBC.
HELL YEAH. You read my mind, Mac, I was going to post exactly this picture.
